A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Frequently asked questions

What is an SMM panel?

An SMM panel (social media marketing panel) is a self-serve dashboard where you buy and track social media services — followers, likes, views, subscribers and members — for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X and Telegram. On SoneBoost you compare services, place orders and follow delivery progress from a single account.

What is the minimum order price?

Each service has its own rate and minimum quantity. The dashboard calculates the exact total before you confirm.

How fast does delivery start?

Each service shows two separate figures: start time — when processing begins once your order is accepted — and delivery speed — how quickly units are delivered after that. Both appear in the service description before you order, so you can compare options and pick a faster or slower route to match your campaign.

Do services include refills?

Only services explicitly marked with refill coverage include it. Check the stated period before ordering.

Do I need to share my social media password?

No. SoneBoost never needs or asks for your social media password. Submit only the public link required by the service.

Can I use SoneBoost as a reseller?

Yes. Resellers can use the account API to list services, create orders and check status from their own server.

Which payment methods can I use on SoneBoost?

The Payment methods page shows currently enabled options. Sign in and open Add funds to check the amount, fees and checkout instructions before paying.

How do I compare SMM service prices?

Compare the price per 1,000 units, minimum quantity, delivery estimate and refill terms. The cheapest listing may have different conditions. Use the calculated order total as your final check.

Can I cancel an order or request a refund?

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the service, order status and published refund policy. Open a support ticket with the order ID. A request does not guarantee cancellation after processing starts.

What should I do if a deposit is missing?

Check the payment status and required confirmations. If the balance is still missing, send support the payment method, amount, date and transaction reference. Never share passwords, card security codes or wallet recovery phrases.

Does buying views guarantee monetization or viral reach?

No. Delivery counts do not guarantee genuine audience interest, sales, recommendation placement or platform monetization. Review each platform’s rules and measure meaningful results alongside service delivery.

How do I choose the best SMM panel?

Compare delivery speed, refill guarantees, support response time, payment options and refund clarity — not just the lowest price. A top SMM panel provider publishes real start times, minimum quantities and delivery conditions before you order. On SoneBoost, every service page shows the live order total, and support tickets stay linked to their order.

How do I place an order?

Step 1:  Select the Social Media platform you want to grow.

Step 2: Carefully read details for every service before placing an order.

Step 3:  Enter the username or page link.

Step 4: It will show your order cost.

Press Submit to confirm.

Is SoneBoost a cheap SMM panel?

SoneBoost prices each service per 1,000 units and shows the minimum quantity and live order total before you confirm. We aim to stay competitive at volume, but the cheapest SMM panel is not automatically the best value: unusually low prices often mean slower delivery or weaker retention. Compare the total and the delivery terms, not the headline rate.

Are SMM services on your panel safe to buy?

Any engagement service carries some risk, because platforms actively restrict artificial activity and delivery can be partly removed. Reduce exposure by using public links only, never sharing your password, testing with a small order first, and choosing services that state refill terms. SoneBoost records every order and support ticket so issues stay traceable.

Which SMM panel is best for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube?

The right panel covers all three platforms from one dashboard, publishes platform-specific conditions, and lets you compare follower, like, view and subscriber rates side by side. SoneBoost offers thousands of services across 22 platforms — including Instagram followers and likes, TikTok followers and views, and YouTube views — with one shared order history.

What is an instant SMM panel?

An instant SMM panel pushes your order into automated processing as soon as payment clears, instead of waiting for manual review. "Instant" describes the start, not the finish — total delivery speed depends on the service you choose. SoneBoost shows the start time and speed on each service page before you confirm.

What do the order statuses mean?

Pending means your order was accepted and charged, but processing has not started yet. Processing means delivery is underway. Partial means only part of the quantity could be delivered, and the remainder is usually returned to your balance. Completed means the full quantity was delivered. Canceled means the order did not run and the amount was returned to your balance.

Why do followers or views drop after delivery?

Platforms periodically remove accounts and interactions they identify as inauthentic, so part of a delivery can disappear after it lands. This is normal and is measured as drop rate. Services with refill coverage replace the missing quantity if you open a ticket within the stated window — check the service description for the refill period before ordering.

What is drip feed?

Drip feed spreads your order over a set period instead of delivering everything at once — for example, 1,000 followers over five days rather than in one hour. It looks more natural to platform algorithms and is often safer for new accounts or monetized channels. Drip feed takes longer, so choose it when gradual growth matters more than speed.

Is buying social media engagement legal?

Buying these services is not a criminal offence in most countries, but it usually breaches the platform's own terms of service, and enforcement — removed engagement or restricted accounts — is the platform's decision. Rules also vary by jurisdiction. Review the platform's terms and your local regulations before ordering, especially if you represent a brand or a client.

What is an SMM panel API, and who needs one?

An API lets your own website or software send orders to SoneBoost automatically, instead of placing them by hand in the dashboard. Resellers and agencies use it to connect their storefront, sync service lists, create orders and check status without manual work. API access is included with a SoneBoost account.

What link do I paste when placing an order?

Paste the public URL of the profile, post, video or channel you want to promote — an Instagram profile link, a TikTok video URL, a YouTube video link. Never paste login details. Each service description states exactly which link format it accepts; check it before submitting to avoid a failed order.

Does my account or post need to be public?

Yes. Orders can only be delivered to public links. If your profile, video or post is private, the panel cannot access it and the order will fail or be canceled. Set the account to public before ordering and keep it public until delivery is complete.

My order hasn't started — what should I do?

Check the service's stated start time first — some services take several hours before processing begins. If that window has passed and the status has not changed, open a support ticket with your order ID. Do not place a duplicate order for the same link; duplicates cause delivery errors and complicate refunds.

What is country-targeted delivery?

Some services let you choose the country or region your followers, views or engagement come from. Targeted delivery costs more and usually takes longer, but the audience matches your market. Targeting is set on the service page before checkout; if a service does not offer it, delivery is worldwide and location cannot be controlled.

Can I place bulk or mass orders?

Yes. You can submit several orders for different links without placing them one by one — useful for agencies managing multiple client accounts. For very large volumes, contact support first so capacity can be confirmed and delivery scheduled. Resellers using the API can automate mass ordering from their own system.

What does “Pending” mean, and how long should I wait?

Pending means your order was accepted, charged and queued — but processing has not started yet. This is normal and is not a payment problem. For views, expect movement within 5–15 minutes; for followers and likes, 5–30 minutes. If a views or followers order is still Pending after two hours, open a ticket with the order ID. Do not place a duplicate order.

What does “Partial” mean, and do I get refunded?

Partial means only part of your ordered quantity was delivered, and the undelivered remainder is refunded automatically to your balance — not to your card or wallet. Partial is not the same as a drop: a partial order never delivered the full quantity, while a drop happens after a completed order when delivered engagement later disappears.

What does a refill actually cover — and what does it not cover?

A refill restores your count back to the number you ordered, on a service that includes refill coverage, within that service's stated window. It replaces the number, not the same accounts. It does not cover a deleted post, a private account, a restricted account, or drops after the refill window has expired. Refill is replacement delivery, not a refund.
