Clear rules for orders, payments and account safety
These summaries explain how the platform operates. The Terms of Service remain the binding agreement.
Delivery policy
Start time and delivery speed vary by service and are estimates, not guarantees. Keep the submitted link public and do not place overlapping orders for the same target while an order is active.
Refund and refill policy
If a provider confirms that an order cannot be delivered, the undelivered amount is returned to the SoneBoost wallet in full or proportionally. Refill coverage applies only where the service explicitly shows a refill period.
Payment policy
Only payment methods shown inside the signed-in Add funds page are approved for use. Never send money to an address or account received through an unsolicited message. Wallet credit is applied only after server-side payment verification.
Privacy policy
We use account information to provide the service, protect the platform, process payments and answer support requests. Passwords are hashed and payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider.
During registration, an email address and limited request data may be checked by Cloudflare Turnstile and IPQualityScore to prevent disposable-email and automated account abuse. SoneBoost does not store the external verification response.
Account-safety policy
SoneBoost never asks for your social media password. Submit only the public profile, post, video or channel link required by the selected service.
