Frequently asked questions
What happens when I click Re-order?
Re-order opens the order form pre-filled with the same service, link and quantity as your previous order. It does not place the order or charge your balance. Prices and service conditions change, so review the current rate, quantity limits and refill terms, then confirm the order yourself.
Can I transfer funds to another user?
Yes. Open Transfer funds, enter the recipient's username and the amount, and confirm. The amount is deducted from your available balance immediately and appears in Wallet activity as a transfer out. Check the username carefully before confirming — contact support straight away if you send to the wrong account.
What do the transaction types in Wallet activity mean?
Order charge is money spent on an order. Transfer in and transfer out are balance moves between accounts. Admin credit and admin debit are manual adjustments made by support — for example a refund, a bonus or a correction. Each entry shows a timestamp, and order charges also show the order number.
How do Favourites work?
Click the star beside any service to add it to Favourites. Saved services appear on their own Favourites page, so you can re-order the services you use regularly without searching the catalogue again. Favourites save the service only — the link and quantity are entered fresh on each order.
How do I place orders for many links at once?
Use Mass order from the dashboard menu. Paste your links and quantities as a batch instead of filling the order form repeatedly. Each line is still checked against the service's rate and minimum quantity, so review the total before submitting. For large recurring volumes, the API is the better option.
Which timezone applies to scheduled orders?
The timezone is shown beside the Launch later field, and scheduled orders are submitted according to that timezone. Check it before saving a scheduled order, especially if you work across regions. Transaction timestamps in your wallet are shown in UTC.
Is there an affiliate program?
Yes. The Affiliates page gives you a referral link and tracks the users who sign up through it. You earn a share of what your referrals spend on the panel. Open Affiliates from the dashboard menu to see your link, your referral count and your current earnings — check the page for the active commission rate.
Which platforms can I order for?
SoneBoost covers 22 platforms from one dashboard, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, X, Spotify, Twitch, LinkedIn, Discord, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, Threads and website traffic. Use the platform tabs or the search box to filter by platform, category or service name.
Why do prices show in my currency but I'm charged in USD?
Your account has 200+ display currencies, so the catalogue and dashboard can be viewed in AED, EUR, BRL, MAD and others for convenience. Wallet accounting and order charges are always calculated and deducted in USD. Any figure shown in another currency is an approximate display value, not the amount deducted from your balance.
What are the deposit bonus tiers, and how do they work?
Deposits receive a tiered bonus based on amount: $50 = 6%, $100 = 8%, $500 = 10%, $1,000 = 12%, $5,000 = 18%. The highest eligible tier applies — tiers do not stack. Bonus credit is added only after the payment is verified. An eligible promo code replaces the tier bonus; the two never combine.
Which payment methods are available, and which currencies do they use?
SoneBoost accepts Payzink (Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout), Cash Plus for local bank payment in MAD, and crypto deposits through NOWPayments, Cryptomus and Heleket. Wallet credit is added in USD after payment verification. Availability varies by device, region and account — check the Add funds page for your exact options.
What do “Basic”, “Medium” and “Elite” actually mean?
They are quality tiers, not delivery-speed guarantees. 🟡 Basic covers budget services, often using bot or automated accounts — retention may be lower. 🟢 Medium balances price, speed and retention. 🔵 Elite is the premium tier for buyers prioritising quality and retention. The label is a guide; the exact refill terms and delivery conditions in the service description always govern.
How can I contact support?
Four channels: open a support ticket for order or payment issues (include your order or payment reference), message @SoneBoost on Telegram, use the Telegram bot to search services and prices, or start live chat from the bottom-right corner. If chat is unavailable, open a ticket so the team can follow up. Never share your password, API key or payment secrets with anyone.
How does the affiliate program pay out?
You earn 3% commission on completed orders from customers who signed up through your referral link. Commission accrues in your Affiliates page and can be moved to your SoneBoost balance once you reach the $50.00 minimum payout. The current rate is always shown on the Affiliates page, which is the source of truth if it changes.
What does the “Refunded” order status mean?
Refunded means the order did not complete and the full charge was returned to your SoneBoost balance. You'll see two entries in Wallet activity — the original Order charge and an Order refund credit for the same amount. A refund is different from a Partial, where only the undelivered portion is returned.
What API actions are available, and which error codes should I expect?
The API accepts POST requests in JSON to https://soneboost.com/api/v2 with your key in the body. Available actions: services, add, status, refill, refill_status, cancel, balance — each status and refill action accepts up to 100 comma-separated IDs. Responses use HTTP 200 for success, 401 for authentication failure, 402 for insufficient balance, and 422 for invalid input. Always read the JSON error field on failures.
What is the difference between "non-drop" and "refill"?
"Non-drop" describes a service marketed for retention; "refill" is the replacement mechanism if drops still occur within the service's stated window. No panel can guarantee a 0% drop rate, because platform removals are outside provider control. Treat "non-drop" as a quality signal, and check whether refill is included before ordering.
What does "30-day refill" mean in practice — 30 days from when?
A "30-day refill" window counts from delivery completion, not from when you placed the order. If engagement drops within that period and you open a ticket, the missing quantity is replaced. Some services count from the order date instead — check the service description for the exact start point.
What does "start count" mean on my order?
Start count is the number of followers, likes or views your profile, post or video already had when the order was picked up for processing. The delivered quantity is added on top of that figure. Your final count should equal the start count plus the ordered quantity, minus any drops.
What happens if the account is private during delivery?
If the account or post is made private while an order is processing, delivery stops and the order may fail or be marked Partial. Keep the account public until delivery completes, then change privacy settings if needed. Orders delivered to private links cannot be refilled.
Can I get a refill if I deleted the post or changed the link?
No. Refill coverage requires the original link to stay live and unchanged for the full refill window. Deleting the post, editing the URL, or making the account private voids refill eligibility, because the provider can no longer verify the delivery. Contact support before deleting anything tied to an active order.
Do you support UPI, Paytm, mobile money, Pix or Fawry?
SoneBoost does not currently support UPI, Paytm, Pix or Fawry. The available methods are Payzink (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Cash Plus for MAD bank transfer, and crypto via NOWPayments, Cryptomus and Heleket. Check the Add Funds page for the exact options enabled in your region.
Can I pay without a credit card?
Yes. You can pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay through Payzink, with a MAD bank transfer through Cash Plus, or with crypto through NOWPayments, Cryptomus or Heleket. A credit or debit card is one option, not a requirement. Check the Add Funds page for the methods enabled in your region.
Is there a minimum deposit, and what is it?
The minimum deposit through Crypto is $1.00. Crypto deposits may have different minimums depending on the coin and network fees. The Add Funds page shows the exact minimum, maximum and any fees for the method you select before you pay, so you can check before committing.
How long does a bank transfer take to appear in my balance?
Cash Plus bank transfers in MAD are credited after payment verification, usually within a few hours during banking hours. Crypto deposits confirm after network confirmations, and card payments through Payzink credit once the payment is verified. If the balance has not updated after one business day, send support the transfer reference.
What is the difference between a reseller panel and a child panel?
A reseller uses the SoneBoost API to place orders from their own storefront — you pay SoneBoost per order at standard rates. A child panel is a white-label copy of the dashboard hosted on your domain, connected to a parent panel that supplies the services. Child panels normally carry their own setup and monthly costs, while API reseller access is included with your account.
How much does a child panel cost, and what do I need to run one?
SoneBoost does not advertise a standalone child panel product in the dashboard. If a white-label arrangement is available, it is confirmed through support — including the setup fee, monthly cost and what is included. To run one you would need a domain, hosting and the panel configuration supplied by the parent. Contact support to check availability.
Can I use the API without reselling?
Yes. The API is available to any SoneBoost account, not only to resellers. Agencies, developers and creators use it to place orders from their own tools, scripts or dashboards. You need an API key generated from your account, and the same service rates apply as in the dashboard.
What is the difference between Instagram followers, likes and views for growth?
Each metric serves a different purpose. Followers build the profile's credibility and are the first number a visitor checks. Likes signal that a post has been seen and engaged with. Views — especially Reels views — measure whether content is reaching new audiences. A credible profile uses all three rather than maximising one.
Why do YouTube watch hours not count toward monetization even when the counter moves?
YouTube counts only valid public watch hours toward monetization. Views from the same account repeatedly, embedded views on unlisted pages, or bought views may not count. Even when the counter on your video moves, YouTube's monetization audit can exclude those hours. Do not rely on panel views to meet Partner Program thresholds.
