A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer Spotify monthly listeners or only plays?

SoneBoost offers both Spotify plays and monthly listeners, depending on the service you select, plus followers and playlist placements where available. Monthly listeners and plays are counted differently — a listener who plays several tracks in a month counts once. Check the service description for the exact metric delivered.

What is a "targeted" service, and why does it cost more?

A targeted service filters delivery by country, gender or interest before assigning accounts — for example, Instagram followers from a specific market. Targeting costs more because the eligible supply is smaller and fulfilment is slower. Choose targeting when audience match matters more than price or speed.

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my deposit?

Every deposit appears in Wallet activity with a timestamp, transaction type and order or deposit reference — that record can be used for accounting. If you need a formal invoice with business details, open a support ticket and include the legal name, address and tax details to be billed to.

How do I report a problem with a specific order?

Open a support ticket with the order ID, the link you ordered for, and a screenshot or short description of the issue. The team reviews delivery against the ordered quantity and responds through the ticket. Do not open a duplicate ticket or place a replacement order — duplicates slow the review and can delay the outcome.

Why is my order stuck in "Processing" or "In Progress" for days?

Processing means delivery has started but is not finished. A long stall usually means the provider's queue is congested, the link stopped being reachable, or the supplier paused that service. Check that the profile or post is still public, then open a ticket with the order ID — do not place a replacement order, as duplicates cause delivery errors.

Why is the Cancel button missing or not working?

Cancellation is only possible while the provider still permits it — generally before delivery starts. If the button is absent, the order has already entered processing and can no longer be pulled back. The button sends a request, not a guaranteed stop; if it fails, open a ticket rather than placing a replacement order.

What is a service ID, and why do two similarly named services behave differently?

Every service has a numeric service ID, separate from its display name. Two services can carry nearly identical names but come from different suppliers — with different rates, minimum quantities, drop rates and refill terms. Always quote the service ID, not the name, when comparing or contacting support.

What markup should I use when reselling SMM services?

There is no fixed rule, but industry ranges cluster by service type: commodity services such as followers often sit at 10–25% over wholesale, while Telegram members, YouTube watch hours and niche services support 40–60% because retention is harder and comparison shopping is thinner. Price from your true cost — including payment fees, refunds and support time — not from a competitor's list.

How large should my first test order be before scaling?

Start with 100–200 units on a single post or profile, and wait at least seven days before judging the service. Record the public count before ordering, then compare delivery speed, how much survives after a week, and whether the engagement looks natural. Scale only after the service passes that test — not on the first day it completes.

Why does the same service cost different amounts on different panels?

Most panels buy from upstream suppliers and resell with a markup, so the same underlying service can appear at several prices across the market — one industry source describes retail markups ranging from 50% to 500% over provider cost. A higher price does not automatically mean better quality, and a lower price does not guarantee the same delivery route. Compare the service ID's stated terms, not the headline rate.
