Privacy policy
How SoneBoost handles information when you browse, create an account, fund your wallet, place orders, use the API or contact support.
Updated 4 November 2026
Scope and contact
This notice covers SoneBoost’s website and account services. Use our public Contact page for privacy questions, including when you cannot sign in. An existing customer can also open a support ticket. Provide only what is needed to identify your request.
Information you provide
Account records may include your name, username, email, language and communication preferences. Orders contain selected services, quantities, public links or usernames and delivery instructions. We also process wallet entries, payment references, support messages and attachments you submit. Never send social passwords, private keys or complete card credentials.
Technical data, cookies and analytics
Essential sessions and security checks support sign-in, fraud prevention and reliable requests. Browser storage remembers interface preferences such as theme. Optional traffic measurement depends on analytics consent; the current traffic recorder stores a pseudonymous visitor token and general country information rather than raw IP addresses or raw browser identifiers. Hosting and security logs may still contain technical request data.
Why information is used
We use information to operate accounts, quote and process orders, verify payments, reconcile wallet entries, provide support and investigate abuse. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may support a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate operational or security interests, or consent. Marketing choices are separate from essential account and security notices.
Providers and information sharing
The selected supplier receives the order information needed for delivery. Payment processors handle checkout and may return payment status and transaction details. Hosting, email and security services support operation. Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile and IPQualityScore check limited signup data for abuse; the application does not retain raw IPQS responses. Optional Google sign-in and Telegram connections involve those services only when used. Records may also be disclosed when legally required or to handle a payment dispute.
Retention and international processing
Account, order, wallet and support records are kept as needed for operation, reconciliation, disputes, abuse prevention and applicable record-keeping requirements. Closure does not necessarily erase records that must be retained. Providers may process information outside your country; applicable transfer requirements must be considered. We do not promise a single storage country or immediate deletion from every backup.
Security and your choices
Passwords are hashed; protect your password, email access and API key. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You can change communication preferences and, where applicable law provides them, request access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights through Contact or support. Identity verification and lawful retention limits may apply. Do not include sensitive credentials in a request.
Age requirements and policy changes
Account use is subject to the age and eligibility rules in our Terms. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without proper authorization. We may update this notice as practices change; the revision date appears above. Material changes may be communicated through the website or account channels.
These policies do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
